A home away from home, when you enter the Inn At Jackson the beautiful property and historic building envelope you in a comforting embrace, bringing you back to a simpler time in history where all of your worries are taken away.

All of our stays include a full-service breakfast, access to our outdoor jacuzzi, firepit, outdoor lawn games and beautiful gardens with amazing views of the White Mountains.

Located just minutes away from Mount Washington and the White Mountain National Forest, immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding landscapes, featuring stunning waterfalls, amazing hiking, and vibrant fall foliage. In the summer, explore the great outdoors with hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and more. In the winter, hit the slopes for skiing and snowboarding, explore the historic Jackson Cross Country Skiing Trails, or cozy up by a nice fire. No matter the season, our inn is the perfect base for your mountain adventures or simply a quiet getaway to rest and relax.


Our Inn has 14 rooms that are designed in two distinct styles - Victorian and Mountain Lodge. Our Victorian rooms are elegantly decorated with antique furnishings and offer a touch of old-world charm, while our Mountain Lodge rooms provide a cozy and rustic atmosphere with wood accents and warm colors.


ACCOMODATIONS

The Inn at Jackson has 14 individually appointed guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms.


Our Victorian-style rooms on our first and second floor are designed to provide an elegant and comfortable stay, complete with gas or wood fireplaces. These rooms offer a perfect blend comfort and elegance, making them ideal for a romantic or peaceful retreat. 


Experience ultimate coziness and comfort in our mountain lodge-style rooms on the third floor, with rustic accents and wood furnishings. 

OUR STORY

Originally built in 1902 as the Baldwin family's summer cottage, this property boasts a rich history. Over the years, it has undergone several transformations, including its conversion into an inn in the 1920s.


In 2020, the property was acquired by Anthony Ligato and his daughter Kathryn, who are committed to preserving its unique charm and historical significance.

Victorian Style Rooms

The larger of the two room styles available at our establishment are equipped with fireplaces or gas stoves, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, all guestrooms are outfitted with essential amenities, including air conditioning/heat (seasonally), cable TV, and private bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Mountain Lodge Rooms

Located on the third floor, our Mountain Lodge Rooms are the smaller of the two styles and do not feature fireplaces. Please note that access to these rooms only available via stairs, as there is no elevator on the premises.

Inn Amenities

All of our stays include a complimentary full country breakfast, which we are known for! Enjoy delicious baked scones in additon to your breakfast as you take in the Mountain views from the panoramic windows in our dining room.



Our Inn provides a wide range of other year round amenities as well, including inviting common spaces both indoors and outdoors, where you can relax and unwind. Take in the breathtaking mountain views from our porch or garden seating, or indulge in a soak in our outdoor jacuzzi. Our firepit and lawn games provide the perfect opportunity for socializing, Our gathering room, complete with puzzles, games, and a cozy fireplace, is the ideal spot to unwind after a long day as well.

Things to Do

Jackson Village is a quintessential New England town with quaint shops and amazing restaurants. The area’s landscape, complete with the Jackson “Honeymoon” covered bridge built in 1876, is located on the edge of 750,000 acres of the White Mountain National Forest.


Spectacular natural beauty, and as much four season recreation as you’ll find in all of New England. Hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, horse back riding, golfing, in the Summer. In Winter, we are centrally located to area attractions, including Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore and Black Mountain ski resorts as well as Jackson Ski Touring’s famous cross-country trails, which lead right from our door.

Area Restaurants

Located right in Jackson, centrally located to local restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether it’s fine dining or American pub food Jackson is known for its great restaurants. Thompson House Eatery, Yesterdays, Wildcat Tavern or Autumn Nomad are just a few to investigate.

Reviews

The Inn at Jackson has history dating back to the early 1900's when it was built for the Baldwins from Baldwin Pianos. It was recently purchased in 2021 by new owners. The Hospitality continues to be top notch.
