All of our stays include a full country breakfast made to order! Our freshly baked delicious scones and coffee are available all morning and a seasonal menu is available to order from between 8am-10am in our beautiful dining room with panoramic views of the White Mountains.


For lunch and dinner we recognize that a great meal can do so much for a vacation, and we are lucky enough to have several amazing restaurants in the area to fulfill all types of experiences that you are looking for. The seasonal menu at the White Mountain Cider Company is thoughtfully prepared and sourced by Executive Chef and Owner Miles Williams. The warm rustic dining room is filled with atmosphere and features a crackling fire and a beautiful handcrafted wooden bar with pub tables. The Cider Company features a fine dining menu, a casual fare menu served at the bar featuring local fresh ingredients with special events throughout the year.

At Red Fox Bar & Grille, their hand-crafted dishes cooked in our wood fired oven will be sure to impress while the cozy atmosphere will ensure that all of your guests feel right at home.


The Red Fox Tavern is located on Route 16 at the entrance to Jackson Village, just across from the famous covered bridge.  There are a variety of options so that everyone in your party will find something that they love.

Real food, served by real people, in a real environment. Back in 1998, there were hardly any distributors of organic food and the locally produced food were in their infancy, just like us. So the story of Flatbread is also intertwined with the local farms and local producers.


For winter loving skiers to summer camping, the White Mountains offer it all, including our North Conway hearth, nestled in the heart of North Conway’s beautiful White Mountains. What better way to end an exhilarating day on the slopes than a flatbread baked in a wood fired oven…?
